CURE SCHEDULE

APPLICATION TEMPERATURE: 45- 110 degrees F

SURFACE PREPARATION

Clean out volumes as best as possible to remove loose debris, standing moisture, or anything else that would impede the adhesion of the product to the surface.

MIXING PROCEDURES

This material is a two-component product, premeasured to produce the desired kit size once part A and B are mixed. Depending on packaging, empty the entire containers of part A and part B into a mixing bucket large enough to accommodate the full mixed quantity. For large kits, a Jiffy type mixer with a high torque motor is recommended for proper blending. Mix for 1-2 minutes, taking care to reach all corners and walls to eliminate unmixed material.

**Unmixed material will never harden**

APPLICATION

GRIP E751 has a long pot life so material can be mixed and kept in container while applying.

• For large volumes, the full amount of material needed to fill the volume can be installed at once with no need for multiple smaller pours.
• On porous surfaces such as concrete, GRIP E751 will be absorbed into the concrete. Keep spreading material until no standing or “pooling” coating remains on the surface.
• When used with a cartridge, make sure a uniform mix is being achieved before using it to fill void spaces. The first few pumps of the applicator tool may dispel unevenly mixed material before the static mixer can properly mix A and B

CURING BEFORE SERVICE

GRIP E751 may be immersed in water 24 hours after application. It will cure to a hard film within about 14 hours and is suitable for light service at this time. If filling void spaces, after filling the annulus/void, the area can immediately be sealed and let to cure without
further intervention.
