HyperBOND Low Temp Epoxy
HyperBOND is a 100% solids, epoxy resin coating designed to provide superior bonding characteristics, impact resistance, and durability. It is resistant to blushing/sweating and water insensitive during application and can be applied in wet conditions and can. withstands up to 9 lbs. of hydrostatic pressure. It comes in clear or pigmented colors.
HyperBond should be used wherever a durable, high build, protective floor coating is required. HyperBond has no solvent odors and therefore can be used in occupied areas. It’s ideal for base coats in full broadcast systems. It is great for low temperature applications and can be applied down to 45F.
HyperBOND comes in clear or can be tinted with one of 14 Pigmented Colors (pigment sold separately by the quart). HyperBOND is sold in 3 gallon and 15 gallon kits of clear product. Pigmented kits sold separately include 1 pint of pigment, using 5-6 oz. per blended gallon. Pre-pigmented HyperBOND available by special order with purchase of 60 gallons or more.
For crack and hole repairs in wet conditions prior to applying the HyperBOND Epoxy consider our wet condition and underwater Mend-Con RTU Epoxy Repair product.
Apply HyperBOND as a base coat at between 10 mils (160 sq/gal)- 16 mils (100 sq’/gal).
PRIMER: None required.
TOPCOAT: Can apply clear coat of urethane or polysapartic coating including Aspartic 85 or Aspartic 100.
