Newborn 535-XSP Dual Component Joint Filler Gun 10.5 oz/300ml
The Newborn 535-XSP Dual Component Applicator is a professional quality cartridge gun that is extremely versatile and easy to use. It is designed to work with 300ml (10.5 oz), 150ml and 75ml cartridges with a quick change system included at no extra cost that converts from standard (10.5 oz) 300ml x (10.5 oz) 300ml size to another in just seconds. It offers a 26:1 Thrust Ratio for easy application of thick polyurea and epoxy joint fillers and sealants.
Heavy duty construction includes Extra Durable Teat Treated Piston Rod, Precision Sintered Friction Plate, Patented Cartridge Stabilizing Plate for Extra Cartridge Support, Easy Release Start Burst Reverse Gripping Plate and a Hammered Finished Alloy Handle With Comfort Grip
The Newborn 535-XSP will work with our 10.5 oz (300ml) x 10.5 oz (300ml) twin cartridge polyurea products; 3246 Polyurea Expansion Joint, 3004 Polyurea Control Joint, 800 And 830 Polyurea Adhesive/Sealant And The 4034 Polyurea Concrete Crack Repair.
In addition to 300ml x 300ml cartridge systems, it can also easily convert to 300ml x 150ml, 300ml x 75ml, 150ml x 150ml and 150ml x 75ml cartridges with included Snap In/Snap Out Push Disks. See attached chart for instructions
