Newborn 830A30 Pneumatic Dual Component Joint Filler Gun 10 oz/300ml
The Newborn 830A30 Dual Component Pneumatic Applicator Gun dramatically increases application speed and helps control material usage with an even flow rate. It is versatile enough to take on a variety of joint filling, caulking and sealing applications and heavy duty enough to work with polyurea, epoxy and urethane materials. The 2.5 inch cylinder generates 490 Ibs. nominal thrust at 100psi and can easily convert cartridges to multiple size variations with optional snap in/snap out push disk kit.
Heavy duty construction includes Extra Durable Teat Treated Piston Rod, Precision Sintered Friction Plate, Patented Cartridge Stabilizing Plate for Extra Cartridge Support, adjustable heavy duty aluminum air regulator, air dump valve stops flow instantly, reverse air and quick disconnect nipple.
The Newborn 830A30 will work with our 10.5 oz (300ml) x 10.5 oz (300ml) twin cartridge polyurea products; 3246 Polyurea Expansion Joint, 3004 Polyurea Control Joint, 800 And 830 Polyurea Adhesive/Sealant And The 4034 Polyurea Concrete Crack Repair Products and E5830 Interior Expansion and Control Joint.
In addition to the standard 300ml x 300ml cartridge systems, the 830A30 can also easily convert to 300ml x 150ml, 300ml x 75ml, 150ml x 150ml cartridges with optional Disks available and sold separately.
