4018 Acrylic Dissipative Floor Finish is a cost-effective anti-static floor coating designed to provide reliable static control while maintaining a durable, high-gloss appearance. Engineered for industrial and ESD-sensitive environments, this long-lasting acrylic finish can provide up to six months of protection with proper maintenance and routine cleaning.

Easy to apply and maintain, 4018 leaves floors with a static dissipative surface resistance of 10e8–10e9 ohms, meeting ANSI/ESD S20.20 requirements for ESD control programs. The water-based formula is biodegradable, non-flammable, RoHS and REACH compliant, and free of ammonia, acids, alkalis, formaldehyde, and phthalates.

Commonly used in electronics manufacturing facilities, assembly areas, laboratories, cleanrooms, and other static-sensitive industrial environments requiring frequent floor maintenance and dependable ESD performance.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Directions:

Clean floor and apply two to three thin coats of floor finish with a dedicated lint-free mop. Wait a minimum of one hour between coats. See application instructions for details. (in Document Library)

Maintenance:

Sweep or dust mop daily. Do not use sweeping compound. Periodically clean with a 1:1 dilution of water and floor finish. Apply a thin top coat of floor finish every 4 – 6 weeks. For heavy cleaning, use Staticide 4100 Restorer Cleaner. Consult maintenance procedures for details and precise instructions
