4100 ESD Anti-Static Restores Floor Gloss & Resistivity

ACL Staticide 4100 Restorer Cleaner renews static decay properties, surface resistivity and the durability of ACL floor finishes. Special conductive additives clean while simultaneously breaking down electrical discharge and returning floor finishes to safe specifications. No harmful chemicals like ammonia, phosphates, alkali, nonylphenol (NP), or nonylphenol ethoxylate (NPE) are used in the formulation. This special detergent can be applied with a mop or in a standard burnishing machine for easy application. Comes in a concentrate, 1 part 4100 to 10 parts water.

Neutral cleaners that are safe for most floor polishes can often harm ESD-safe finishes by introducing contaminants and abrasive ingredients. 4100 Restorer Cleaner will lift dirt and reestablish shine in problem areas that are prone to wear by heavy traffic. In addition, this unique concentrated formula break down electrical discharge, lower resistivity, and return floors to safe specifications.

Whether used as a spot-cleaner or as a detergent for full floor maintenance, including Restorer Cleaner as part of the Staticide® dissipative floor finish maintenance plan can save companies money by successfully prolonging cleaning and strip cycles.

Application Instructions

Directions:

  1. Sweep floor with untreated, dry mop.
  2. Dilute Restorer Cleaner 10:1(10 parts water to 1 part concentrate).
  3. Using a clean rayon mop, apply a thin coat of mixed solution to the floor by fully saturating mop and then wringing out excess cleaner,so that the floor is not over saturated with moisture.
  4. Remove soiled solution. Allow floor to dry one hour before resuming traffic.
  5. For auto scrubbers, gently scrub diluted solution with clean polishing pad (white).
  6. Use 1,500-2,000 RPM with light pressure setting to prevent removal of finish.
  7. Check resistivity and apply a second treatment if necessary.
