Test Panel – TEST ON SUBSTRATE PRIOR TO USE

It is recommended to test substrates that may be over sprayed on for compatibility before proceeding. This can be achieved by using the tip of an object and applying a drop of MDR HD 100 Stain Remover on the substrate. Allow to dry for about 10 to 15 minutes and then rinse off. If the substrate is unaffected, MDR HD 100 Mineral Stain Remover is ideal for the application.

Application Instructions

DO NOT DILUTE. MATERIAL IS READY TO USE.

  1. Mist-off the substrate to lightly wet before applying MDR HD 100 Mineral Stain Remover
  2. Apply using a garden sprayer or airless sprayer without atomizing
  3. Allow to dwell for 1 to 2 minutes
  4. Rinse* starting from the top of the substrate working down. Use even, long strokes that overlap to thoroughly rinse

*Rinsing Tips:

Use a 40-degree tip during a pressure wash to reduce the likelihood of damaging the substrate. Always maintain at least a 12″ distance from the substrate. Overlap horizontal passes for a uniform finish. Follow the manufacturer’s PSI recommendations based on the substrate that is being cleaned. Sensitive surfaces like sand-faced brick should be cleaned using a garden hose with a nozzle tip.

Safe Handling

Proper PPE should always be used while using or around someone applying MDR HD 100 Mineral Stain Remover. This could include eye protection, gloves or respirator. Protect skin from direct contact. Avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothing. Read the Safety Data sheet before using.

In case of contact or exposure:

Eyes: Flush eyes with water for at least 15 minutes and seek medical attention

Precautions

Avoid using on metals, soil and plants unless tested. Do not use on lime-face brick or polish stones. Low pressure rinsing is recommended for synthetic or dyed substrates to avoid color loss. MDR HD  dwell time and rinsing will be depending on type of deposit, stain and substrate. Use lower rinse pressure when cleaning sensitive substrates. Always rinse completely .
