APPLICATION TEMPERATURE:

It is best to apply the product in temperatures above 55°F and below 85°F

Application Instructions 

Test Area

Due to variances in surfaces and conditions, always test in a small, inconspicuous area before using on complete project.

Application

Apply Soy Gel Spray thickly with a 3 or 4 stage HVLP (High Volume Low Pressure) sprayer with a 2.5 mm tip/needle, or an industrial airless spryaer with a 519 (.019 inch) or a larger tip and a pressure setting of 3,000 PSI or higher. Applying too thinly will cause Soy Gel Spray to dry out before removal is complete. When coating begins to buckle, check with scraper to see if it is softened down to the surface. If not, wait longer and recheck. When the coating is completely softened remove with scraper.

Clean Up

Use E700DG Degreaser or soap and water / scrub brush, mop or power washer to clean remaining thin residue. Remove excess coating (s) and Soy Gel Spray before using a powerwasher for final cleaning. Allow surface to dry before further preparations.

Usage Tips from the Pros

•Mask off areas you do not wish Soy Gel Spray to get on

•For veneer finishes, exposure should be in short intervals of 5 to 10 minutes

Precautions

Concrete surfaces may darken with use of E610SP. Protect plants and vegetation with a plastic drop cloth. Always use care to prevent overspray from getting on surfaces other than the one being prepped or cleaned.

In case of contact with eyes, flush thoroughly with water. Use in a well-ventilated area to avoid respiratory irritation, drowsiness or dizziness. Avoid prolonged contact with skin. Wear safety glasses to avoid splatters causing eye irritation, and chemical-resistant gloves to protect from skin irritation and dryness, etc.
