Office Floor Looks Great With HyperREZ Epoxy & ZioThane Urethane Low Gloss
DESCRIPTION
The concrete floor was thoroughly prepared prior to application of product. The floor was prepped with a concrete diamond grinder and then pressure washed.
They applied one coat of the HyperREZ Epoxy 100% solids commercial grade in a Tan color. The floor was topcoated with the H20v ZioTHANE Urethane in a low gloss. Customer looking for an anti-slip surfaced used our SSR-20 Polybeads which were mixed into the ZioTHANE at the rate of 3-4 heaping tablespoons per gallon of ZioTHANE. The ZioTHANE Aliphatic Urethane was used to offer a low gloss appearance as well as increased chemical, abrasion as well as UV resistance.

HyperREZ Epoxy 100% Solids: Basecoat applied at 133 sq’/gallon (12 mils thick) using 6 gallons
E-Poly Pigment Tan Color: Tan Color was mixed into the HyperREZ at the rate of 8 oz per gallon mixed epoxy
H20 ZioThane Urethane Low Gloss : Clear topcoat applied at 300 sq’/gallon
SSR-20 Anti-Slip Polybeads : Polybeads were mixed into the ZioTHANE Urethane at 3-4 heaping tablespoons per gallon to provide an anti-slip surface
