How to Use Our Color Visualizer Tool
- Vinyl Chips and Flakes (6 sizes: 1/32″, 1/16″, 1/8″, 1/4″, 1/2″, 1″)
220 factory-mixed blends or create your own using 140 solid colors - Quartz Color Granules (2 sizes: 40-S and 25-A)
30 factory-mixed blends or create your own using 40 solid colors - Mica Metallic Flakes (3 sizes)
12 factory-mixed blends or create your own using 7 solid colors
How to Use the Tool
- Select a picture to preview your chosen material. Choose from 15 stock images or upload your own project photo (upload requires account setup and is currently limited).
- Choose your product type: polymer vinyl flakes, quartz granules, or mica flakes.
Viewing Options
- View Factory Blends: Select Signature Blends to browse pre-mixed color options.
- Create a Custom Blend: Select Design a Blend to build your own. Choose colors, adjust percentages using sliders, and select flake or granule sizes. Use the + Add Color button to expand your blend. Lock percentages as needed.
- Edit an Existing Blend: Start in Signature Blends, select a blend, then choose Design a Blend to adjust color ratios, add new colors, or remove existing ones.
Use the toggle in the upper left corner of the visualizer to switch between viewing only the coating material and viewing it within the full scene.
How to Order a Custom Blend
After creating your custom blend:
- For vinyl flakes: visit the Create-A-Flake Blend page
- For mica flakes: visit the Mica Flake page
- For quartz granules: visit the Create-A-Quartz Blend page
Select your desired size, then on the checkout page include the following in the notes section:
- Color Name
- SKU Number
- Flake Size (if multiple sizes are used)
- Mix Percentage (must total 100%)
