Perfect Primer is an excellent product.  I applied it over the black mastic residue (tested positive for asbestos) on the concrete floor in my entryway. Application was simple.  Like using thick paint. Cleans up with soap and water. Product is expensive but not nearly as costly as hiring asbestos experts. I recently ordered the VandlGuard IsoFree Aliphatic 2K Urethane and I am extremely happy with the performance. Applied with an 18" 3/4 nap roller and went on nicely. Used six gallons for two coats on 750 sq ft stucco wall and coverage was great. The satin clear provided the perfect sheen and really brought out the colors in my mural! I also did a sample test of this product before applying and it definitely works in terms of repelling graffiti. I am a retired contractor.  50 years with many subcontractors, including epoxy floors in high end garages. At 81, I thought I’d tackle my man cave myself.  With five helpers – none of them pros – we did a fabulous job. Takes four days (grind concrete floor, prep and fill cracks (they WILL show if you don’t), apply waterproofing (not needed in all cases – but I did) then epoxy undercoat and topcoat. All products from Exterior Performance Coatings.  Here’s what really got me – George at Exterior held my hand during application.  Long distance as he is in Savannah and I in Washington State.  I must have made 20 calls during my install and George mentored me during the whole process. You can’t go wrong here. Bought the exterior Cool Coat Clear Thermal Defense.   Tried it on a large 6' x 6' acryllic skylight on second story of house.   Before could really feel the heat coming thru to the room.  Applied four coats of product by brush.   Very noticeable drop in temperature around area where skylight is.  Product works as intended. we used the 5500 for our house and it's been the best choice for us! I cut plywood into planks, burned the wood, stained it with golden pecan wood stain, and did a coat over it all. it's been a year and 4 kids and 2 dogs and our floors have held up so well...waterproof, scratch resistant, stain proof, and easy to clean and polish. best choice we could have made

They offer high quality products which I was unable to locate anywhere else. The product was shipped promptly (and for free, as I recall), easy to apply, and worked as advertised. I found Exterior Performance Coatings online as I was looking for the product Perfect Primer.  It's a very unique product that is used to seal mastic that may contain asbestos.  We were in the process of remodeling our basement where our home inspector mentioned that we might have asbestos flooring.  Needless to say, once the tile was removed, we wanted to encapsulate the remaining mastic as we weren't going to pay to have it removed. The manufacturer indicated that the earliest we could get it would be 5/8/23 which was a little long given the project start date.  So I ordered the product from Exterior Performance on 4/25/23.  I even had to call them immediately after I placed my order because I thought I ordered the wrong product.  However, George, took the time to explain the difference between Perfect Primer and Perfect Paint, so it was determined that we were good to go. Exterior Performance was excellent on their end, but the carrier?  Not so much.  The order was to be delivered on 4/29/23 but they indicated that it was damaged in transit and was being returned.  So I spoke to George on Tuesday 5/2/23.  They promptly remedied the situation and had a replacement product sent out on 5/3/23 which arrived 5/5/23; thankfully undamaged this time. I say all of this to say this - Exterior Performance is an excellent company, offering excellent service.  George really cares about the business and their customers.  If I ever need to have a specialty paint product sent to us again, they will be the first place that comes to mind. Thanks for assisting us with our project, which is in the last week   (BTW) where they will be priming the floor and then installing the new flooring! ~Jared Rogers
