PerfectPatch Repair | Concrete, Wood, Tile, Vinyl, VCT, Asbestos, Mastic | Fills, Levels, Smooths | Quick Dry

PerfectPatch is an easy to use and effective patching and leveling cement for use on most any surface and is ideal for repairing cracks, patching concrete, smoothing rough areas, leveling grout lines, and more. Works for almost any thickness down to a feather edge.

After your repair is complete, can coat over PerfectPatch with most any acrylic, urethane, epoxy, polyaspartic, polyurethane coating or any glue, mastic or adhesive

PerfectPatch is designed for use to make repairs prior to application of all PerfectPrimer Products.  Topcoat with PerfectPrimer and  PerfectPrimer Floor Prep (Formerly PerfectPaint).

Shipped as a powder in a 3 lb container.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

SURFACE PREPARATION:

Make sure surface is clean, dry and all loose material has been removed.

HOW TO USE:

  1. Pour PerfectPatch powder into a small pail.
  2. Gradually add water and mix with trowel until material slightly hangs on trowel, or to desired consistency.
  3. Apply evenly using a trowel or spackle blade.
  4. When almost dry, finish with a brush, trowel, or damp sponge.

CLEANUP: Use water

RESTRICTIONS:  Always use safety glasses and chemical resistant gloves when handling materials.

LIMITATIONS

  • Substrate temperature must be 5°F above dew point.
  • All new concrete must be cured for at least 30 days.
  • Physical properties are typical values and not specifications.
