Unique Custom Home Gets Epoxy – Polyaspartic Floor Makeover
Custom home owner of award wining home wanted to upgrade look of their existing tired blue colored concrete floor coating. They selected the 6009 Epoxy in a Dark Gray color mixed with 1/4″ dream blue color blended flakes and top coated with the high gloss 5500-EX Clear Polyaspartic, providing a dramatic high gloss decorative finish.
Preparation of the floor included using a concrete diamond grinder to completely remove the old blue colored floor epoxy as well as rough up the surface for proper adhesion of the new 6009 epoxy coating.
