SPEED SHOP REVITALIZES GARAGE FLOOR APPEARANCE WITH HYPERREZ EPOXY
DESCRIPTION
Pristine Parts, a local California Race Car and High Performance Speed Shop was looking to upgrade their image with a great looking shop floor using a high quality, commercial grade floor coating system chose the HyperREZ UV Resistant Epoxy and Aspartic 85 Polyaspartic mfgd by Floorguard Products.
The concrete floor was thoroughly prepared prior to application of product. The floor was prepped with a concrete diamond grinder, pressure washed and vacuumed.
They applied one coat of the HyperREZ 100% solids Epoxy in a bright white color and added a sharp looking gray blend of 1/4″ chips/flakes for a nice contrast . The project was completed with a topcoat of the Aspartic 85 Clear Polyaspartic for increased chemical and abrasion resistance mixed with the SSR-20 anti-slip additive for additional safety protection when the floor is wet.

White Color Pigment for HyperREZ: One quart pigment mixed with each 3 gallon kit HyperREZ Epoxy
Aspartic 85 Polyaspartic Clear : Topcoat for additional abrasion & chemical resistance applied at 500 sq’/gallon (3 mils thick)
Gray Color 1/4″ Chips: 10 lbs used for a heavy broadcast density at 1 lb every 76 sq’
SSR-20 Anti- Slip : Round synthetic polybeads for additional anti-slip safety with minimal change in surface appearance
