Color Visualizer

Use the COLOR VISUALIZER tool below to see how your choice of  vinyl chips, quartz granules or mica flakes will look on your residential or commercial floor using one of our innovative patterns and textures for color and design excellence and functional durability.  The Color Visualizer below works with these 3 product categories:

• Vinyl Chips and Flakes in 6 sizes: 1/32″, 1/16″, 1/8″, 1/4″, 1/2″, 1″ (220 factory mixed blends or create your own custom blend selecting from 140 solid colors)
• Quartz Color Granules in 2 sizes 40-S and 25-A (30 factory mixed blends or create your own custom blend selecting from 40 solid colors)
• Mica Metallic Flakes in 3 sizes (12 factory mixed blends or create your own blend selecting from 7 solid colors)

How to use the tool:

1. 1. Select a picture to see how your vinyl flake, quartz granule or mica flakes look on the floor.  Choose from 15 stock photo’s in the Color Visualizer or upload your own project photo (upload function not currently working).  To upload your own photo requires setting up an account on the Color Visualizer tool with logon and password.
   2. Select the product you want from 3 options offered in the Color Visualizer:  polymer “vinyl” color flakes, quartz color granules or mica flakes
   3. WANT TO SEE A FACTORY BLEND?  – Select viewing “Signature Blends” which are all the factory mixed color blends
   4. WANT TO MAKE YOUR OWN CUSTOM BLEND? – Select viewing  “Design a Blend” which is where you select solid colors to create your own blend (no extra cost for this service).  This means selecting individual colors, what % you want each color to be of the total and what size flake or granule you want to see.    Use the +Add Color button to add new colors to your blend and the slidebar control to change the & of each individual color.  Changing one colors % changes the others automatically.  If you want to “lock” a color into a certain %, use the lock button for that color.
   5. WANT TO EDIT AN EXISTING BLEND? –  First Select viewing “Signature Blends” which are all the factory mixed color blends and click on the blend you want to adjust/edit.  Then use the red hyperlink on top row “COLOR” and select DESIGN A BLEND and it will then take you to a new screen showing you the signature blend you selected AND the formula for how to create it.  Then simply adjust using the black slide bar to change the mix % of each color or use the +ADD COLOR option to add new colors OR use the X option to the right to delete a color.
   6. When viewing pictures you can use a switching feature in the upper left hand corner.  This switches the view back and forth from looking at just chips/flakes/granules to including the background elements (such as car, table etc) in the picture.
   7. HOW TO ORDER A CUSTOM BLEND?  Once you have created your own custom color vinyl flake go to the Create-A-Flake Blend page, for a custom mica flake go to the Mica Flake page and for custom quartz granules go to the Create-A-Quartz Blend page, then select the size you want, then on the CHECKOUT PAGE in the NOTES SECTION at the bottom, tell us:  Color Name, sku #, flake size if using multiple sizes and mix %.  Make sure your mix % adds to 100%.
   8. For additional color selection tools, consider one of our Factory Blend Fan Decks that have actual product mounted on each fan blade for a quick way to see a large number of color options in real time.
