DESCRIPTION
Warehouse facility in a Yakima, WA winery was looking to repair their concrete floor and provide a decorative anti-slip surface. ASTC Polymers’s concrete floor coating system was selected.
The first step was a diamond grind of the entire concrete floor to create a 2-3 mil sandpaper like profile. In addition, the 4034 Polyurea Quick Concrete Repair was used to repair several areas. A base coat of 6009 Epoxy was put down and a 100% sand broadcast to refusal added during application. A top coat of 5500 Polyaspartic Polyurea Roll Down was the final step to seal in the sand with an anti-slip high gloss, decorative and durable surface.
