CITY OF PEORIA PROTECTS RETAINING WALL
DESCRIPTION
City of Peoria, IL wanted to protect a newly built concrete block retaining wall along a city street against graffiti tagging with a long term warrantied non-sacrificial anti-graffiti coating that didn’t require re-application of the graffiti resistant coating after each graffiti removal. They selected the Rainguard VandlGuardTEN system which is a non-sacrificial anti-graffiti coating system that allows multiple tag removals without the need to re-apply and offers a 10 year labor/material warranty
After power washing and cleaning the surface, city workers first applied the Rainguard Micro-seal Water Repellent Sealer to seal the surface and then came back the next day to apply 2 coats of the VandlGuardTEN and 1 coat of the VandlGuard Finish Coat to complete the system.
