Country Post Office Protected with PaintPlus and PerfectPrimer
DESCRIPTION
Country post office wanted to protect building that was built in the early 1950s cinderblock walls and slab on grade. The floor was original to the building so had about 75 years of wear, especially in the front lobby where customers conducted transactions. Owner wanted to protect and revamp the floor and turned to PerfectPrimer Sealer and PaintPlus topcoat.
To start, they scrubbed the floor with simple dual brush floor scrubber 4 times mopping and rinsing with fresh water after each round. This ensured some of the old grime was cleaned up and the best application of the PerfectPrimer and PerfectPaint could be accomplished.
The PerfectPrimer was applied in 2 coats at roughly 175 square feet per gallon. The PerfectPrimer seals and primes dangerous and difficult floor materials including asbestos, lead, mastics, glue and cements without need for expensive removal.
To Finish, the PaintPlus was used as a topcoat. The PaintPlus is a non-toxic, low VOC product that provides great chemical resistant and is easer to apply than traditional epoxy systems.
