Storefront Protected by HyperFlex Epoxy, 5500 Polyaspartic & 25A Quartz Granules
DESCRIPTION
Gas station store owner wanted protection his high traffic storefront, he turned to HyperFLEX Epoxy, 5500 Polyaspartic topcoat and 25A Quartz Granules to do the job. The Quartz Granules were done in a double broadcast.
To start, HyperFLEX epoxy was applied as a basecoat and the quartz granules were applied into the wet epoxy. When the HyperFLEX epoxy was tack free, all of the loose granules were removed. and the HyperFLEX epoxy was applied for a second coat. Next, a second layer of quartz granules were re-broadcasted to refusal into.
To finish, 2 coats of the 5500 polyaspartic was applied as a clear topcoat to make for a thicker, even tougher floor system for the front of the store.
