RACE CAR GARAGE SHINES WITH FORD BLUE HYPERREZ EPOXY
DESCRIPTION
A local California High Performance Race Car enthusiast with large shop to keep their collection of high end race cars was looking to upgrade their shop with a great looking floor using a high quality, commercial grade floor coating system chose the HyperREZ UV Resistant Epoxy and Aspartic 85 Polyaspartic.
The concrete floor was thoroughly prepared prior to application of product. The floor was prepped with a concrete diamond grinder, pressure washed and vacuumed.
They applied one coat of the HyperREZ 100% solids Epoxy in a beautiful Ford Blue color . The project was completed with a topcoat of the Aspartic 85 Clear Polyaspartic for increased chemical and abrasion resistance.

HyperREZ UV Resistant Clear Epoxy 100% Solids : Basecoat applied at 115 sq’/gallon (14 mils thick)
Ford Blue Pigment for HyperREZ: Pigment mixed 6-7 oz per gallon HyperREZ Epoxy
Aspartic 85 Polyaspartic Clear : Topcoat for additional abrasion & chemical resistance applied at 500 sq’/gallon (3 mils thick)
