DESCRIPTION
Electronics factory project to protect concrete floor in various plant assembly areas with an ESD anti-static paint that meets ANSI 20.20 standards. Additional project requirement for multiple colors to identify specific areas using light gray, medium gray and green colors.
They selected the 5700 ESD Anti-Static Polyurethane Paint from ACL Staticide. Project was done over a series of maintenance shutdowns, applying 2 coats of the 5700 using a roller. Manufacturer no longer makes the 5700 and has replaced it with an upgraded 4400 ESD Polyurethane Coating.
