APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

SURFACE PREPARATION:

Make sure surface is clean, dry and all loose material has been removed.

HOW TO USE:

1. If applying over PerfectPrimer, apply two coats of PerfectPrimer and allow to dry before applying PerfectLeveler.
2. Pour PerfectLeveler powder into a small pail.
3. Gradually add water and mix with trowel until material slightly hangs on trowel, or to desire consistency.
4. Apply evenly using a trowel or spackle blade.
5. When almost dry, finish with a brush, trowel, or damp sponge.

RESTRICTIONS:  Always use safety glasses and chemical resistant gloves when handling materials.

LIMITATIONS

• Substrate temperature must be 5°F above dew point.
• All new concrete must be cured for at least 30 days.
• Physical properties are typical values and not specifications.
