Life Deck 1K Acrylic Urethane Blend Sealer

The Life Deck 1K Acrylic Urethane Blend Sealer is a clear and protective coating designed to protect decorative concrete and deck surfaces. This acrylic-urethane hybrid creates a durable finish with excellent resistant to staining, abrasion and every day wear.

Available in both Gloss and Satin finishes, this versatile sealer can be used on interior and exterior projects including pool decks, patios, walkways, concrete floors, pavers and wood surfaces. It is easy to clean finish helps repel oil, grease and water while providing added protection for coated surfaces.

COVERAGE RATE

Coverage will vary depending on the surface applied to. For best results apply two thin coats. The topcoat can be rolled, brushed or sprayed.

Smooth Surfaces: Up to 300 Square Feet Per Gallon

Rough Surfaces: 250 – 300 Square Feet Per Gallon

APPLICATION TEMPERATURE: Not recommended for application when the temperature is below 55°F. Rain may damage uncured products. If inclement weather threatens, cover the deck to protect new application. Do not allow any non-applied product to freeze.

DIRECTIONS:

TEST AREA:
Apply a small amount of the material to an inconspicuous area to ensure proper appearance and adhesion.

APPLICATION SPECIFICS: IMPORTANT WEATHER GUIDELINES:
▪ Apply on warm, clear, sunny days.
▪ Do not apply under foggy conditions.
▪ Do not apply when rain is forecast within 24 hours.
▪ Do not apply if temperatures are expected to drop below 50°F within 24 hours.
▪ Apply 2 thin coats for best result (Use 1/4” or 3/8” nap roller cover)

APPLICATION:
Brush, roll or spray. DO NOT SHAKE. Shaking will cause air bubbles. Stir gently and thoroughly before application. This product
appears milky when wet and dries rapidly to a beautiful clear coating.

IMPORTANT:
Do not apply late in the day or when dew, rain, fog or mist is likely (moisture will damage the fresh paint film). Apply at
temperatures above 50°F. Do not apply if temperatures below 50°F are expected within 24 hours. Cold weather or excess humidity
or a sudden temperature drop will greatly affect any finish at the time of application. Dampness can dull the gloss. Do not paint in
direct sun. Use a clean brush or roller. For maximum durability, we recommend at least two thin coats.

DRYING TIME: Dries within 30 minutes and can be recoated in 4 hours. Ready for light pedestrian traffic in 12 hours. Ready for
normal pedestrian traffic in 24 hours. Do not place heavy objects (pots, barbecues, patio furniture, etc.) before 48 hours have
passed from end of application. Drying time will vary depending on weather conditions, air circulation, and temperature.

THINNING: Thinning is not recommended. CLEAN-UP: Clean tools and hands with warm soapy water and rinse thoroughly.
