All floor coating systems slippery when wet. For a safer surface we offer 3 anti-slip additives depending on need for safety (positive) and willingness to accept negatives (change in looks, dulled gloss, harder to clean). Always a trade-off. For a full broadcast to refusal 1 lb chips covers 6-8 sq’ for 1/4″ chips and 5-7 sq’ for 1/8″ chips. Full broadcast means chips applied so heavy the coating can’t absorb anymore and floor is no longer wet.
