Bio-Gard E255 Severe Service Epoxy | Surface Tolerant Chemical Resistant Coating
Bio-Gard E255 is a Kevlar reinforced 100% solids epoxy coating engineered for severe corrosive and erosive industrial environments. Designed as a surface tolerant protective lining, the system can be applied over less-than-ideal surface conditions including damp and wet substrates while still developing a durable, glossy protective finish.
The Kevlar reinforced epoxy technology helps provide long-term durability for demanding applications including secondary containment areas, industrial concrete protection, and tank coating systems. Bio-Gard E255 can be roller applied for high-build protection in aggressive service environments.
Once applied to a properly prepared wet surface, the coating can be submerged and continue curing underwater. NOTE: The coating should not be exposed to active wave movement or heavy water turbulence until fully cured.
