4040 Universal Cleaner Concentrate is the preferred choice for industrial cleaning and surface preparation. This versatile cleaner effectively removes dirt and grease, showing exceptional performance on delicate surfaces such as ESD tile, epoxy and paint. Its non-abrasive formulation and neutral pH provide protection against damage and corrosion for various surfaces.
This cleaner is indispensable for readying concrete surfaces for paint application, ensuring proper adhesion and maintaining 4400 ESD Polycoat Paint.
For preparation of the 6210 ESD Polycoat Dissipative Clear Coat use the 4040 Universal Cleaner Concentrate.

Directions:
To prepare floor for painting: Sweep floor to remove dirt and debris. Dilute Staticide Universal Cleaner 5:1 (5 parts water to 1 part concentrate). Scrub with auto scruhber with stripping pad or a stiff bristle broom brush. Rinse twice with water before applying paint.
To maintain paint: Allow floor to dry 3 days (72 hours minimum) at not less than 60F before cleaning
Dilute Staticide Universal Cleaner 5:1 ( 5 parts water to 1 part concentrate) and clean with a lint-free mop. For auto scrubbers, gently scrub diluted solution with clean polishing pad. Use 1500-2000 RPM with a light pressure setting.
