4018 Acrylic Dissipative Floor Finish offers static protection at a reasonable price. This economical formula leaves a durable, glossy finish that can last up to six months with proper maintenance. This floor finish is a popular choice for companies with industrial areas that require frequent cleaning.

Easy to apply and maintain, 4018 Acrylic Dissipative Floor Finish leaves floors with surface resistance of 10e8-10e9 ohms, complying with ANSI/ESD S20.20 guidelines. This water-based formula is RoHS and REACH compliant, biodegradable, non-flammable and free of acids, alkalis, ammonia, formaldehyde and phthalates.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Directions:

Clean floor and apply two to three thin coats of floor finish with a dedicated lint-free mop. Wait a minimum of one hour between coats. See application instructions for details. (in Document Library)

Maintenance:

Sweep or dust mop daily. Do not use sweeping compound. Periodically clean with a 1:1 dilution of water and floor finish. Apply a thin top coat of floor finish every 4 – 6 weeks. For heavy cleaning, use Staticide 4100 Restorer Cleaner. Consult maintenance procedures for details and precise instructions
