Application Instructions

Test Area

Due to variances in surfaces and conditions, always test in a small, inconspicuous area before using on complete project.

Application

SHAKE WELL. Apply a thick layer of E605 Safenol PRO by pouring, brushing, squeegee or commercial airless sprayer. Applying too thin will cause Safenol PRO to dry out before removal is complete. Use a scraper to check if the coating is softened down to the surface. If not, wait longer and recheck. When the coating is completely softened, remove with a scraper.

Clean Up

Use E700DG Degreaser or water and a scrub brush, mop, or power washer to clean remaining thin residue. Remove excess coating(s) and E605 before using a power washer for final cleaning. Allow surface to dry before further preparations.

Usage Tips from the Pros

  • For tough coatings or numerous layers, use a notched 1/2″ squeegee or 1/4″ gauge rake. Square footage will be greatly reduced.
  • When using outdoors, cover with a 2 mil or thicker plastic to keep E605 wet and working.

Precautions

Protect plants and vegetation with a plastic drop cloth. Store above 32°F, Safenol PRO will freeze. Wear safety glasses to avoid splatters causing eye irritation, chemical-resistant gloves to protect from skin irritation and dryness, and work-appropriate shoes.

Caution

Causes mild skin irritation. Causes eye irritation. May be harmful if swallowed. Keep out of reach of children.

Safe for Use On: Concrete, Masonry, Wood, Metal and fiberglass (fiberglass must be attended)
